Paralegal

Division: Legal, reporting to Associate General Counsel

Position Overview:

Audible is looking for an experienced paralegal to join our fast-paced legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone to prepare, negotiate and revise content acquisition agreements, promotional agreements, non-disclosure agreements, technology licenses, and other commercial contracts; maintain Audible’s contracts database; manage the contract approval process; and assist with key projects.

Skills/Experience Required:

Required skills and strengths include superior attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple projects, high self-motivation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and a commitment to continuously innovate to make processes and projects better.

Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years of contracts management, paralegal or other comparable experience, with primary and autonomous responsibility of reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts. In-house legal experience a plus. Bachelor’s required; paralegal certificate a plus.
